Definitions

Dropping off your machine
1. Full payment (or deposit) up front before you send or we accept your machine
2. Upon completion of the service or repair, you can store your machine at our location up to 2 weeks for free
2.1 2 weeks to 2 months, you will be billed warehousing fee
2.2 After 2 months we will dispose of (throw away) your machine
FAQ > Things you should know
1. We use a First come first serve 'Queue System' (First person confirm the job gets priority)
2. For the safety of our technicians, we do not accept on-site jobs after 5 pm.
3. We offer repair & technical support however:
3.1 We do not offer free repair service, with the exception of warranty claims if the warranty is from our company
3.2 We are not a spare part supplier. If you are a repairman or technician looking for parts, do source for your own spare parts
3.3 For safety purposes, we do not teach end-user how to repair their machine
4. Coffee machine calibration requires roughly 1-2kg of fresh coffee beans, do prepare sufficient coffee beans
5. For steamer service/repair related, do ensure you have milk to test the steamer
6. Major parts like boiler, pump & board is expensive. Some people might not proceed with repairs cause too expensive.
7. We do not have a contractor license. We will not be able to ex: pull electrical wire from TNB DB box, laying of plumbing water pipes, hacking or cementing of bricks and walls, construction + repair your cabinets.
8. We have the right to refuse service (or accept machines) if (ex:)
8.1 Spillage in the machine, such as: cooking oil, chemical, poison, curry, cement
8.2 Inside the machine contains: Dead human, dead animals, live animals, infestation of pest (termite, ants, roach, rats, insects, animals)
Service / Repair > General
1. No haggling No Hassle. Price is as advertised or mentioned. No extra fees, no hidden fees, no changing of fees. This means our technician is not allowed to 'abruptly have extra fees' (unless add job or change job scope) and no tampering of amount paid (ex: amount on invoice/bill will be the amount you paid)
2. Fees quoted by any means is valid for 30 days from date of quote
3. We use parts imported from Italy.
4. Service is not repair. Service mentioned anywhere on this Website means maintenance service to act as a pre-emptive action to avoid the machine from breaking down or scheduled maintenance of the machine.
5. We do not repair 'Asian made semi-auto machines'. This includes Europe brands but made in Asian countries.
Why: We only have Italy parts, which may not be compatible.
6.1. We only service some 'Asian made brands', not all. Do contact us for more detail
7. All customers:, with exception of special cases
7.1. Full payment up front before we go; No terms, PD check or IOU.
7.2. No refund. Ex: if technician show up & you change your mind, or your machine is a scam machine. Scam machine means someone sold you a non-working or empty machine
8. Minimum fees of RM 150 for any onsite visit in Klang Valley
9. Our normal working hours is Mon to Fri 10 am to 4 pm
10. Additional fees applicable for special zones & special security clearance zones (ex: airports, army bases, factories, premises of sultan/minister/ambassador)
